Mileage, decor rentals, and other things we may need to sprinkle on top of our base packages.
Extras & Add-Ons
Mileage: Charged at a rate of 70 cents per mile for venues beyond 60 miles of Marshall, MI.
Extra Hands: Sometimes depending on the scope of work, we may need an extra set of hands. If we decide this is what is best for your event, we charge $250 for extra help.
Decor Rentals: We have a variety of items that you may choose to add on to our coordination packages, exclusive to those who book with us.
Small Decor: Tabletop items like vases, table runners, carafes, and more. We charge a flat fee of $100 to add on as many of these items as you’d like.
Large Decor: Large items like sweetheart tables, accent tables, chairs, etc. We charge a flat fee of $150, which includes all of our smaller decor as well.
Large Decor Setup Fee: Ceiling decor, large projects, and more sometimes take longer for us to get ready and therefor incur additional charges, for this service we would charge and additional $50 per hour for large decor setup.
